Eileen D. Brennan
Eileen D. Brennan is an Of Counsel member with the firm. She brings 18 years of experience in litigation and employment law, representing management and plaintiffs.
Eileen works primarily on cases involving wills and estates and real estate matters. Her day-to-day practice includes:
- Preparing wills, living wills and health care proxies, and powers of attorney
- Handling probate and administration of decedents' estates
- Representing sellers and purchasers of co-ops, condos, houses and commercial premises
- Represent co-op boards of directors
Prior to joining Begos Horgan & Brown, Eileen was in private practice in Yonkers, NY. Before that, she worked in litigation and employment law in firms in New York.
Eileen is admitted to practice law in New York and before the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Eileen received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law (J.D.) and did her undergraduate work at the College of the Holy Cross (A.B).
