Daniel Green is an Of Counsel member of the firm. He brings over 30 years of legal experience to Begos Horgan & Brown.
Dan works primarily on cases involving commercial litigation, employment counseling and litigation, real estate transactions and family matters.
His day-to-day practice includes:
- Representing homeowners and builders in construction disputes;
- Representing employers and employees regarding severance agreements, employment contract issues, discrimination and wrongful termination cases;
- Representing residential and commercial buyers and sellers of real estate; and,
- Representing parties in divorce trials, and post-judgment proceedings.
Prior to joining Begos Horgan & Brown, Dan was worked at Jackson Lewis LLP and at Ackerly & Ward, both in Stamford, CT. He is a former professor of real estate and landlord tenant law at the Peoples Law School, which was sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law before the Connecticut state and federal courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
Dan received his legal education from Albany Law School (J.D.) and did his undergraduate work at Trinity College (B.S).
