Michael F. Horgan Joins Hudson Valley Bank Business Development Board
Yonkers, NY, January 20, 2010 – James J. Landy, President and CEO of Hudson Valley Bank, has announced that Michael F. Horgan Jr., a partner with the law firm Begos, Horgan & Brown, LLP has joined the Bank's Business Development Board. Mr. Horgan's firm has offices in Bronxville, NY and Westport, CT and handles sophisticated business, financial and insurance related litigation, trials and appeals in all courts, state and federal in Connecticut and New York. In addition, the firm represents purchases, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. The firm also handles estate planning and administration for its clients. Begos Horgan & Brown LLP has been in business for 20 years.
A resident of Bronxville, Mr. Horgan is a graduate of Georgetown University and St. John's University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He is a member of the New York State, Westchester County, Eastchester and American Bar Associations and is also a member of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick in Westchester County.
